For catering purposes, we need to know by 25 May, how many people will be attending the various meals. If you have any inquiries or need of transport, please ring our President, Roland Schütz 568 6772 evenings. Weekend Activities Saturday 5th June 5pm gathering of members of all clubs at the clubhouse in Kaponga with dinner served at 6pm. Cost per person $12 Sunday 6th June Cowbell Competitions start at 10am. Lunch at 12 noon. AGM at 1.30pm followed by afternoon tea. At 6.30pm Dinner will be served at the clubhouse, cost per person $25.00 with entertainment by Hawera Brass Band and their own musicians. |
