Relocation of the Embassy![]() The following is the index of the Embassy staff: H.E. Mrs Marion Weichelt Krupski Ambassador and Head of Mission who handles relations with the Government and local authoritites in New Zealand (including Tokelau), Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Cook Islands and Niue. She is also the Consul General for American Samoa. As Head of Mission, Mrs Weichelt Krupski is in charge of relations with the universities, art, culture and the media. Furthermore, she reports on political, multilateral and economic affairs to Switzerland. Mrs Weichelt Krupski is married to Mr Waldemar Krupski. They have three young children and they all arrived in July 2010. Istvan Kocsis Deputy Head of Mission, Head of Chancery and Second Secretary, who deals specifically with consular protection, administrative and legal matters, accounting, trade enquiries, assistance to Swiss tourists and settlements in Switzerland. He also liaises with the Swiss Clubs. Istvan has been with the Embassy since September 2008. Céline Gutknecht In charge of passports, registrations, citizenship, visas, matters concerning military duties, political rights and all AHV/IV (social security) matters. Céline has been with the Embassy since August 2007. Wivian Buckrell Locally employed Executive Assistant to the Ambassador and Cultural Attaché. Wivian has been with the Embassy since September 2005. Waltraud Schiedermair Part time secretary who deals with tourist enquiries, assists in consular matters, registers Swiss citizens in New Zealand and takes care of correspondence. She also answers enquiries regarding schools, universities and trade. Waltraud has been with the Embassy since May 2008 Nguyen, Hung-Dinh (Andy) Local chauffeur and assistant in general administrative matters. He is also in charge of maintenance and repair of equipment at the Embassy and at the Ambassador's residence. He has been with the Embassy since March 2002.
