DESCRIPTION:The Auckland Swiss Club will be hosting the final of the Cowbel
l Competition as well as the Annual General Meeting of the Swiss Society o
f NZ Incorporated. Saturday night is usually an informal\, social evening
which will be held at the Swiss Farm in Kaupakapaka. The sports competit
ion final will be held Sunday morning at 10.00am at the Farm with brunch b
eing provided by the Auckland Swiss Club. The AGM of the Swiss Society of
NZ will be held at the Hobsonville RSA at 3.00pm where the reins of the S
wiss Society will be transferred from the Taranaki Swiss Club to the Welli
ngton Swiss Club who will hold office for a four year term. The final fun
ction is a dinner at the Hobsonville RSA on Sunday evening and then we wil
l wish everyone safe travels home!! This weekend is always a great time f
or Kiwi-Swiss from the various clubs (or Society only members) to meet and
enjoy each others company. For catering purposes please ensure you book
for the events with your club secretaries\, Society only members with Mari
anne\, or directly with the Auckland Swiss Club committee. We look forwa
rd to seeing many of you and enjoying a terrific weekend in the City of Sa
ils!!!
