The Anniversary Shoot is a great, social event with many families attending. Shooting participation is from 1.00pm to 3.00pm, with the kegeln starting at 1.00pm and finishing at 5.00pm. All participants will receive a small prize of cervelas. At 5.30pm the delicious dinner of Sauerkraut, Margie’s yummy pickled red cabbage, potatoes, peas, pork and continental frankfurters are on the menu. There really is something for everyone!! This is followed by prize giving, a few raffles and a good natter. Do come along and enjoy this fabulous day!

The last competition game of the season is today … let’s have a good muster and see who wins the coveted trophy!!
The very cultural Swiss National Day celebrations will be held on the 1st of August with the official part of the evening commencing at 7.30pm. There will be plenty of Swiss folklore and traditions on display; from singing to raffles, music to fine food!! This is always a great time to catch up with friends and make new acquaintances. The Swiss Society Sports competition certificates and prizes, kegeln and jass trophies, and the literary cup will all be awarded. Enjoy the entertainment and a great chat!!

The smallbore shooting events commence for the new season, with the Trudi Ott Belt being contested today. The Championship Shoot can also be done … so plenty of shooting for everyone!! Most shoots are handicap ones, so everyone has the chance to get their hands on the coveted trophies!! Come along and give shooting a go … Joe and his team are more than happy to give coaching. The second Senior’s Social Day of 2026 is TODAY!! Please come along and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow Kiwi-Swiss, a friendly chat, a laugh and some delicious food! For catering purposes, please book with any of our committee ladies. A day function not to miss … don’t feel you’re a senior yet, don’t worry, you’re still welcome to join us!!
