Come join us for a day of games and fun! Every year we compete against each other and against other Swiss clubs in New Zealand in traditional games such as Kegeln (Swiss style bowling), Steinstossen (very heavy stone throwing), air rifle shooting and shooting on the 50 m range. Although these are competitions, it is all light-hearted fun and a very enjoyable day for everyone! Some events will have categories for the children too, so they can give it a go as well!
There will be prizes to win and a raffle with delicious goodies! Participants will also compete for the trophies and cowbells. Please note only members will be able to compete for ‘official’ prizes and certificates, but the games will be open for everyone!
Lunch will be a BBQ with Swiss sausages and salads, and the bar (cash only)will be open.
