The great Anniversary Shoot with the delicious meal of sauerkraut, pickled red cabbage, potatoes, peas, pork and frankfurters awaits you! Come along and play kegeln or shooting and win a small prize too! The scrumptious meal is served at 5.30pm, followed by raffles. A wonderful, social day for families, young and older people! This is the last day for jass for this winter, so come along and have a few games, an enjoyable afternoon tea with chatter and perhaps another few games of cards if you wish!!
The Swiss National Day celebrations will be held on the 1st of August, with Swiss culture and traditions galore!! We will listen to the speech from the President of the Swiss Confederation, Karin Keller-Sutter, a speech from a representative of the Embassy of Switzerland, award the Swiss Society Competition certificates and prizes, enjoy Swiss music and singing, have tombola tickets available and enjoy a delicious “Swiss” supper. Who wouldn’t want to come along???!!! The committee members and helpers will be selling tickets, otherwise please contact a committee member to arrange tickets. We look forward to seeing you!!
