Swiss Society Of New Zealand

The biggest day of our club calendar is the annual picnic held in our beautiful, pristine grounds.  The highlight is the schwingen, with the young and not-so-young taking part.  There are many activities for the children: pony rides, face painting, bottle fishing, our small playground and of course, the wrestling.  Barbequed cerveals / bratwurst will be available, together with liquid refreshments.  A Swiss tombola (raffle) will be held, and you will be able to listen to live Swiss music all day!!!  Come along and enjoy this terrific day.  A delicious spaghetti bolognaise caps off a delightful day … do come along and support your club.
